А scientific-practical conference “Broadcasting the experience of the Higher College of APEC PetroTechnic” in the framework implementation of the project “Modernization of training and retraining of personnel taking into account the needs of the economy 3.0”
Within the framework implementation of the project “Holding “Kasipkor“ Modernization of training and retraining of personnel taking into account the needs of the economy 3.0″ and pursuance protocol decision by Sagintayev B. A. of the Prime Minister of the Republic of Kazakhstan, from November 3rd 2017 on the basis of the Higher College “APEC PetroTechnic“ a republican scientific and practical-conference on the topic “Broadcasting the experience of the Higher College “APEC PetroTechnic“ was held.
The conference process was attended by Ospanova N. Zh., Director of the Department of Technical and Vocational Education of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan and Advisor of the Chairman of the Board of NCJSC “Holding “Kasipkor“ G. Gamarnik, as well as heads and deputies of the regional education departments, directors, deputy directors and teachers of colleges from all regions of the country, took place in the conference totaling more than 80 people.
The event is part of a set of measures, the same Plan approved by the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan, aimed at broadcasting best practices in the personnel training system and identifying new growth points for training centers of the modern formation.
Before beginning of the conference, the guests were acquainted with the material-technical base of “APEC PetroTechnic“, visited classrooms and laboratories equipped with modern technology and highly effective instruments.
At the conference, reports were articulated by Ospanova N. Zh. Director of the Department of Technical and Vocational Education of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan on the topic “On the project of modernization of training and retraining of personnel taking into account the needs of the economy 3.0“ as well as reports from Gamarnik G. Advisor of the Chairman of the Board of NCJSC “Holding “Kasipkor“ on the topic “Competence Center – a new format for the organization of training and retraining of personnel for the economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan“. With the presentation of the formation of an international educational hub on the basis of the Higher College “APEC PetroTechnic“, the creation and activities of the industrial council, the training system in the workplace, the training of teachers by the new formation for the economy 3.0, the development of commercial projects and formation of a professional language competence, which was addressed by leaders of the college and its leading experts and teachers for the participants and guests of the conference.
In discussion of reports participated Kasymber Zh. N., Director of Economical College of the Almaty city and Kharahordin I. V. Deputy of the Director on educational-production part of college № 2 of South-Kazakhstan region as well as other participants of the conference.
The results of the conference, recommendations adopted by participants to the Educational Departments regions and Astana, Almaty cities, NCJSC “Holding “Kasipkor“, Higher College “APEC PetroTechnic“ aimed at providing comprehensive assistance to colleges for the successful implementation of measures to introduce experience of the world-class college and apply the accumulated a positive image of the “WorldSkills Kazakhstan“ project in the work to strengthen the substantive part of career-oriented and agitational measures to improve the status of working professions.
